About

With years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media and strategy, Aldona has the ability to look at brands from a comprehensive perspective. 

After earning her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Baruch College, she got her start working in some of New York City’s top ad agencies. There she was exposed to a variety of projects and worked on such brands as Morgan Hotel Group, Bloomingdale’s, Six:02, Lufthansa, Pfizer and BMW. Thanks to this experience, Aldona developed multiple skill sets in strategizing, managing and executing social media focused campaigns, as well as traditional media campaigns.

In time Aldona realized the power of new media and how it could help brands establish relationships with customers. She was inspired by the creativity and ingenuity of brands like Everlane, Glossier, and Refinery29 that built emotional connections and cultivated millions of faithful followers. To her it became clear - the most impactful brands are those that marry great social media content with a high-minded mission.

So, in 2014, Aldona enrolled in the University of Florida’s Master’s program in Mass Communications with a Specialization in Social Media and began working as a social media manager and strategist for both big and small brands. Along the way, she became a WOMMA Certified Social Media Community Manager and Strategist.

Aldona's passion for staying on top of cultural trends and technological advances is what drives her in her everyday work. Her creativity, work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond are her strongest attributes.
